Warm and Cool Ltd collects personal information to quote, install and service your heating, cooling and ventilation. We handle it in line with the Privacy Act 2020 and our standard terms and conditions.
What we collect
- What you tell us when you contact us by phone or email.
- What you tell us when you fill in our online enquiry form, or accept a quotation.
- Photographs and measurements taken at your property.
- Information about visits to this website (see Terms of Use).
How we use it
To prepare your quotation, design and install your system, invoice you, and provide warranty and servicing. As our terms and conditions allow, we may also use it for our own marketing. Photographs of our work may be used without identifying you or your address.
Who we share it with
Only what's needed for your job:
- your property address and plans, with the designer or supplier preparing your system design
- your name and address, with the manufacturer, to register your warranty
- your address, with any tradesperson we bring in to help with your installation.
We do not sell your information.
